Core: Innovative HPC (High Performance Core) consisting of 3 or 4-stranded polypropylene core coated with extruded polymer coating.
Pre-stretching: Wire ropes are subjected to residual extension during the initial service life. In order to reduce the residual lengthening of the ropes they are pre-stressed at 50% of the load. Pre-stretching ensures equal distribution of load across all elements of wire ropes.

Compared to conventional steel ropes, prestressed steel ropes have the following advantages:
20% higher modulus of elasticity,
