Product description

These wire ropes have a combined three-wire core and three organic fillers and offer a set of technological advantages compared to ropes manufactured according to GOST 16853-88: increased wear resistance and reduced impact load on the rope.

Basic advantages of ropes with compacted outer strands TU049 (type 2) are:

• high tensile strength;
• increased abrasive resistance of strand wires and rope strands;
• reduced wear of blocks and drums due to the increased area of contact with the rope bearing surface.

These advantages extend the operational life of the rope and significantly reduce operating costs.

Construction

• Type 1 6х26WS + 3х19W+3 organic fillers (OF) without compacted strands;
• Type 2 6х26WS + 3х19W + 3 OF with compacted outer strands.
